On January 8, 9, and 10, 2025, ESPCI Paris – PSL, in collaboration with Chimie ParisTech PSL, Mines Paris PSL, and Dauphine University, organized EE Days, three days of scientific events dedicated to environmental issues. This event brought together students, researchers, and industry representatives to discuss the latest advances and challenges related to the energy transition and eco-design.

A packed and varied program centered on environmental and energy challenges.
Day 1: Introduction to the energy transition, featuring lectures on technological innovations (low-tech, electrolysis, hydrogen via photocatalysis). The afternoon highlighted practical applications such as hydrogen-powered aircraft, solar ovens, and the hydrogen economy.
Day 2: Focus on hydrogen, featuring presentations on its various forms (turquoise, orange) and their environmental impact. The day concluded with a discussion on the limits of technosolutionism and feedback from student organizations.
Day 3: An industrial perspective with the CEA, covering cutting-edge technologies (tandem panels, hydrogen, Net Zero 2050) and a roundtable discussion on career paths in the context of the environmental transition.
