ESPCI Paris – PSL is a constituent institution of PSL University. Located in the heart of Paris, PSL fosters dialogue across all fields of knowledge and creativity: science, engineering, the humanities and social sciences, and the arts. A research university in the heart of Paris
PSL University currently has 17,000 students, two-thirds of whom are enrolled in master’s or doctoral programs, as well as 2,900 faculty members who are also researchers.
Its research draws on 140 laboratories covering a broad spectrum of disciplines, ranging from the basic sciences and engineering to the humanities and social sciences, as well as the life sciences and the arts.
PSL also offers 18 graduate programs designed to strengthen the links between advanced education and research.

An Ecosystem for Research and Innovation
PSL supports projects originating from its laboratories in their development, their transfer to the socio-economic sector, and the creation of new businesses.
This ecosystem relies in particular on the PSL Innovation Hub, the institutions’ technology transfer organizations, incubators, and several Carnot Institutes.
The University is also developing academic and scientific partnerships with numerous international institutions.
