The Executive Committee assists the Executive Director in managing the institution.

It brings together ESPCI’s main departments to coordinate activities, share information necessary for decision-making, and monitor cross-functional projects.

School Administrators

ESPCI’s activities are organized around departments with complementary missions.

Academic Affairs Office

It organizes and coordinates the education of engineering students, from their admission through graduation. It supports the development of the curriculum and academic life.

Research Division

It helps define and implement the school’s scientific policy. It supports research units and promotes the development of key scientific projects.

Office of International Relations

It develops international academic partnerships and supports the incoming and outgoing mobility of engineering students and staff.

Communications Department

It develops and implements the institution’s communications strategy. It promotes the school’s scientific, educational, and institutional activities to its various audiences.

Technical Services Department

It is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upgrading of the campus’s real estate and technical facilities.

The General Directorate of Services

The General Services Division supports the General Administration in the administrative and operational management of the institution. It coordinates the departments that contribute to the school’s day-to-day operations, particularly in the following areas:

  • human resources;
  • budgeting and accounting;
  • legal matters and public procurement;
  • information systems;
  • administrative support for research;
  • management and quality;
  • innovation;
  • ecological transformation.

She ensures that procedures are consistent and that there is effective coordination among the institution’s various departments.
